Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I once ordered a similar stool, but this one opens more easily, as if some lubricant was applied to the parts. In appearance, they seem different, but the thickness of the plastic is almost the same. The edges of the lid also bend under the weight, so you need to sit in the center. I thought this lid would be stronger. For its price, it's a decent stool. Once they were on sale for $3, but this one is $5-7.
