How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of tophomeclub (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Delivered very quickly to my door. Assembly took a bit of time, instructions were pretty good. 👍🏼 . Make sure you assemble this shelves on or near the place where they will reside. If you start lifting them and relocating there is a good chance they will come apart.
It's finally good to be able to see all our stuff in the storage at a glance. This will be huge help to stop double buying stuff finally lol The price on aliexpress is a best i've seen compared to other sites, same brand. The quality is very good. The manufacturer got the structure down, once you assemble all the parts, it has a good base and strength. If you don't plan putting very heavy items on it, you're golden. This more than meets my needs to organize the small to slightly heavy stuff. It was very easy to put together and my kid even helped. It was a fun, early saturday morning project. I purchased this shelving rack for my garage. I don't have much space in my garage and the 12" depth works out great for me. The instructions were not very clear, but overall most anyone can figure out how to assemble it. The shelves look strong enough for lighter items like oil containers, alternators, manifolds, etc. The rack looks able to handle a total of 200lbs all shelves combined, but i would not put 200lbs on each shelf unless you want to bend the rack or break the plywood shelf. This rack is perfect for my needs. The box was badly broken as shown in the picture but there was no damage to the rack.
Didn't look impressive out of the box. but once together, no tools required, it's not bad. don't know if it can handle 2,000 lbs, but seems sturdy enough for most purposes.

I recommend the seller and the shelf. Once it’s together it’s pretty sturdy and can be moved. It would definitely help to have another person to hold things but it can be put together with one person. I really like it and will definitely be buying again. Also it was shipped and received really quick the “wood” is the pressed paper wood stuff so if you get it wet it will blow up but it’s still nice and very much worth the price.
Arrived quickly. Seems sturdy enough. Comes with 5mm masonite shelves. Instructions aren’t very clear. Hardly any mention of part g. you need to leave one hole clear at the top of the bottom section and use 4x part g to hold the top and bottom sections together. It’s like 2 units clipped together with part gs.

These racks are nice and sturdy. I bought same racks on amazon for double the price. I am happy to have saved a lot money and was able to buy twice as much. I used them for storage and my kids stuff.
Honestly, for it to be less than $30 usd it’s pretty great! Bought one to just test it out for my home office but to see how durable it is and it pretty much blew my expectations away. Definitely buying a few more for my garage!
