How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of tophomeclub (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Very happy with this bathroom shelf. i like the fastener system, where you turn the knob clockwise to fasten to the tiles. came well packaged.
The product itself is very lightweight. The adhesive strength is good, so it seems like it will last a long time. Be sure to remove the adhesive backing before attaching. I didn't know there was plastic attached to it, so I stuck it on and almost broke everything.^^ The towel rack can be assembled according to your needs.
I bought it with some hesitation due to the high review ratings, but it's surprisingly excellent. The rotating suction cup provides very sturdy support. I'm very satisfied.
The existing towel rack in the house I moved into was so rusty that I did a lot of research to find a replacement. This product caught my eye and I decided to purchase it. Among other products, those that are attached with tape tend to fall off when used, which was very inconvenient. This is a twist-and-press type, so there's no need to drill holes, and it sticks better than I expected, which I really like.
I loved that you don't have to drill the wall and yet it's super sturdy and resistant. Aesthetically very good too.
The rack is excellent, the suction cups attach very well. I loved it; it's perfect, sturdy, and doesn't require drilling into the wall. I will buy more. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but it's okay. I recommend it.
Delivered on time and in good condition. Item was packed well in a purpose sized box with appropriate materials and arrived undamaged. I followed the instructions on the web page to install...let rest for 24 hours, then filled the shelf. Conclusion; this is an excellent product for the price. I fully recommend this. The surface finish and assembly are excellent quality, top class suction adhesion (best i have seen yet). I am so impressed that i just purchased additional items, towel rail and coat hooks.
everything is correct and if you clean the surface well with alcohol and then dry it with a cloth, it stays very well fixed without adding any extra adhesive. I bought 2 pieces, one simple and the other with extras to hang combs and other utensils, and another extra to hold a small towel. Quite happy with the purchase.

I bought several sizes but this one sticks best to the wall. The larger one carries more risk of products falling because the suction cups loosen. I've had one like this installed for a month and it doesn't move. That's why I decided to recommend this size.

Definitely buy this one. All other products are fake. Rolling and pressing is the best. Pressing and sticking things all fall off, but with this one, just give it a spin once and there's no need for glue.

Thanks to the bathroom compression shelf, I am very satisfied with being able to efficiently utilize narrow spaces. It is firmly fixed without damaging the wall due to non-perforated installation, and it can stably hold heavy items like shampoo, making the bathroom much tidier. It's very useful.
