How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of tophomeclub (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Light has three settings warm lighting, and a regular white lighting the third one is a mixture between both. Super shocked at the quality of the light its super bright and the adhesive works perfectly fine.
At first I was wondering how to install it, but it just sticks on. It sticks well. And I was a bit confused about how it works, but I learned from the kind reviews. When I connect it to the laptop, turning it on and off is really easy. I highly recommend it for a price that doesn't even cost a thousand won.
It was what I was looking for, it's a 5W LED that has three adjustable temperatures. The USB connector is type C and it illuminates enough. It perfectly occupies the size of a 24” LG screen. It includes a 60-minute timer for auto shut-off.

I have been continuously downgrading from 32inch to 27inch to 24inch! I am currently using a 24-inch one. This product is exactly 24 inches and fits perfectly! It was about 6 dollars at the 1,000 Won Mart, so I added two more items I needed for 8,000 won. I received it without any damage! Products with Baseus or other brands priced around 30,000 won. I bought it after debating for a while, but surprisingly, the product is really good. The touch works well too. In my case, it's great because it's not battery-operated but connects to power.^^ The basic cable is an A to C cable and it is the same white color as the product. It's a cable. However, I bought a Tocki C to C cable from Ali. I connected the 1m cable to the monitor's C-Type terminal and it works well. I saw some people mention in their reviews that the button isn't centered properly. It's a bit disappointing for me too, but it's not too bothersome and just natural.^^ There are three buttons in order. 1. 60min button (functions only for 60 minutes when pressed and turns off after 1 hour) 2. Power and Color & Brightness Buttons (Press once for sequential order) Power ON bulb color - white - neutral - Power OFF Press and hold for brightness + If you press and hold again, it's brightness - . 3. Monitor Mark Button (Pressing once turns on the medium color at maximum brightness.) The manual has translated instructions in multiple languages worldwide. There is also Korean available. I'm not usually one to leave reviews on Ali, but... Hope this helps those who are watching! The product is good. Thank you, seller! ! This is such a good buy! It has two light modes,, i really enjoy using the white setting. It literally lights up my whole room, and you can dim the light too as much as u want ! ! (just hold the second button). Im really happy w my purchase cus it also came early ! ! 10/10
