For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

It arrived in perfect condition. Be very careful when removing the protection; it's a good idea to remove everything, it's very easy to remove all the film, clean it well, and assemble it properly.
The box arrived a little damaged, but there was no problem with the product inside. The product works, but the cutting is not as precise as I expected; after a few slices, you have to trim the corners of the cheese so that it cuts a slice properly again. The reason is that the base has a gap between the support and the blade. I managed to adjust it with an extra support and it worked better.
