How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of tophomeclub (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Better than expected! Runs without loud noise, you can only hear the wind. If controller, light or remote breaks you can buy replacement parts for it. 👍🏻

I already have an identical fan to this one that I bought this summer. It works perfectly. Very quiet and easy to install and assemble, so much so that on this occasion I have bought 3 more. One for me and two more for my friends who have asked me for them. The three packages have arrived perfectly packaged. The shipment took a few weeks as it came from China. The one I have from the previous purchase, I have it in the living room, above the sofa, to watch TV. Being so quiet, the one that has arrived to me now I am going to set up in our room, since you can sleep perfectly with the breeze it makes at speed 1 or 2 (I don't need more rotation intensity). In short, it is a good product. I recommend it.
It's much better than I thought. It's cool and clean, and I plan to install it in every room. Since I installed it in the living room, I'm going to buy two more to install in other rooms. The manual is also in Korean, which is great.

I bought it because it was recommended, and I really like it!! I bought a ceiling fan cheaper than the price of a fan. I really like Ali. It's quiet and easy to install. Delivery came in 4 days, so there's no need to buy expensive ones in Korea.
After doing it in 3 steps, I switched to 1 step. I installed it in the living room, and I think 52 inches will be fine. I am repurchasing the 52-inch model to install on the dining table. I'm using it well these hot days.

This is really a good product. It's quiet and the light in the middle is quite bright. Glowing color. Is it more white than bulb color, around 4000k? You can choose two lights. Some people mentioned shaking in the comments. It's a slight shaking issue. There is a solution. Usually, the ceiling is either gypsum board or plywood, but most likely it's gypsum board. When hanging on a plaster board, it must be firmly fixed. The plate side should be fixed with the widest surface possible, so remove the thin sticker attached to the plate. Then, secure it firmly on the pupil anchor or neck mount. And among those who commented, there was someone who mentioned sponge soap. A good method is to mold the gap to secure as much surface area as possible. Please also make use of this. The item is really good.
The product quality is much better than expected. The design is neat and the lighting brightness can be adjusted well. I installed it myself and it was quite possible even just by looking at the manual. The fan wind is quiet and has various speed settings, so I am satisfied. I think it will be especially useful in the summer. The performance was excellent for the price, and the delivery was quite fast. I recommend it!
I am glad to select this item, looks copy cat product but, design and function seems to be better than i expected.
