How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of tophomeclub (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
As the description shows, it doesn't let me add videos. To heat the water, first place the capsule, screw it on, and put the glass underneath. Open the top lid, pour the water in, and press the button twice in quick succession. The coffee maker will turn on a yellow light and after about 5 minutes, the water will heat up and pour the coffee alone; it comes out burning. The water container is shallow at 60ml, so to make use of the large capsule, pour water twice. Ideal for car trips, camping or for drivers who work and need coffee and saving a few euros at gas station cafes, this machine comes in handy.
Superior item it is as described, quick delivery. It makes multiple coffee if you use hot water - otherwise 1 coffee garanteed. Charging time is about 2 hours. Amazing item.

It arrived well packaged... I already have version 1 of this model, in this version 2 there is a display with temperature and battery charge, plus an additional 20ml capacity which helps a lot when using Nespresso and Dolce Gusto capsules. I leave mine inside the motorcycle, nothing better than a hot coffee anytime and anywhere we want.
Tried everything, working fine. The coffee dispensed is very hot, it takes at least 5/6 minutes to heat water then it starts automatically. Remember to put water in the container, prepares 2 short coffees with a full container of water. Satisfied and highly recommend it. Very portable for car, home, office. Works with Dolce Gusto pods, Nespresso and ground coffee.

The battery lasts for about 3 hours (using natural water, not hot). It takes around 3/4 minutes to heat the water and extract the coffee, I tried it with small and large capsules and with ground coffee, and in all three ways it came out perfectly! The best purchase, I am buying another one for my grandfather who was delighted.
It's very useful and easier to use than I thought. It also has a boiling water function, so I'm using it well. It's better than the existing famous brand products.
I tried to brew coffee from capsules, I've never had such coffee before, I took L'Or capsules for a lungo, the extraction is strong, the coffee turned out good, I generally don't like pure coffee, but here it's really a very good result, the taste is great. The package of capsules says that 110 ml of water is needed, the machine 80 ml, but I didn't close the machine and added water during the process, as the extraction takes 70 seconds, and 80 ml went somewhere in 40-50 seconds, so you can add more and nothing bad will happen. I'm satisfied with the result.
Really perfect. It arrived in excellent condition, I found it super useful for being able to use both ground coffee and small capsules as well as large capsules. I got it for my university residence, very convenient to carry everywhere.
The product is quite good for espresso, compatible with Dolce Gusto, Nespresso capsules, and ground coffee. The water setting makes an espresso, and the water is heated. For a portable machine, it's excellent.
This it my third order of this product. Everything arrived in good condition and is as ordered. One full battery charge gets me 3-4 cups of hot coffee from cold water without a problem. Great for people who like to stay outdoors. It takes about 5 mins to heat the cold water and make a cup of coffee. Works great with both small and large coffee capsules.
It arrived right away! I found it loaded and not yet turned on, it made coffee right away. Forget the taste of espresso coffee, it seems like coffee made with a moka pot, and as a moka pot it performs well. As for weight and dimensions, I remember a vintage telephoto lens. Very elegant aesthetically speaking and efficient in its functions. I recommend the seller 👍

Excellent product, you can make large Dolce Gusto capsules, small ones like Nespresso, or put ground coffee in. Know that the maximum water capacity to fill is 60ml. It can heat water, which the battery can handle to heat cold water about twice, or you can put it already hot and let it dispense water (this way the battery can last much longer). Comes with everything in the photo and with a USB C charger. Good purchase.

The 12V rechargeable portable coffee maker is exactly as I imagined it: compact, functional, and perfect for those like me who love to enjoy a good coffee even on the go. The quality of the coffee is excellent and the ease of use makes this product truly practical and convenient. The only negative note was the delivery via Poste Italiane: the package arrived slightly crushed and, despite me being at home all day working remotely, the courier claimed that there was no one for the delivery, postponing it to the next day. This caused a slight inconvenience, but otherwise the product is excellent and I recommend it without reservation.

I bought this coffee machine for picnics or even to take with me abroad. It is compact, very convenient, you can make coffee from non-espresso capsules, larger capsules, or add ground coffee. Makes coffee quickly and the aroma is very lasting. I really like this item, I recommend it.
I am very satisfied, the first attempts with Nespresso capsules were poor, watery coffee with a weak color and without cream. Later, I started playing with freshly ground coffee, the first attempts were poor, the coffee did not fly or flew very slowly. However, when I selected the appropriate grind level for the coffee, I obtained a brew with a decent taste and aroma, with nice thick cream. Comparing the price of the product with the quality of the received steam, there is no other choice but to leave a maximum rating.
Super happy with my product, it exceeded expectations, incredibly practical for making an espresso at the office or if you're going camping, or wherever you want to take it.
