Some kind of metal plate is as thin as a piece of paper, and if you squeeze the screw too hard, it gets dented. It's really crappy but totally good. It's the best.

Perfect! The 2 tier is perfect for taller spice bottles and allows you pull stuff out without having to move the stuff from the front row first. I would go with the 3-tier if you have bunch of shorter spice containers. These are so good i’m order some more.
