Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The quality of the shower head is fantastic, before i had the default one from hansgrohe. The water pressure is much higher than i had before. The shower head has 3 main modes, but you can combine them then you get different modes. I recorded a video, but can’t share it here for the reasons platform doesn’t allow videos in the reviews. Assembly took less than a minute.
