For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

How to Measure the Rough-In Distance
— Step 1: Locate the center of the drain outlet (the hole where the toilet connects to the waste pipe).
— Step 2: Measure the straight horizontal distance from the center of the drain outlet to the finished wall surface (not the baseboard).
— Step 3: Record the measurement in millimeters (mm) or inches.
— Step 4: Choose the toilet model that matches your measurement:
250mm (≈9.8 inches)
300mm (≈11.8 inches)
350mm (≈13.8 inches)
400mm (≈15.7 inches)
— Important Tip:
Measure after the wall and floor are fully finished to ensure accuracy. Do not measure from the framing or unfinished wall, as this may cause installation misalignment.
