Shipping very fast. But the package got stuck at the airport and was only sent at the last moment (before the deadline). In the end, it took almost 5 weeks... However, the fan itself is very nice. Greatly made, well packed. Included are two sets of different mounting pins, an inbus for this acrylic lamp part, and a screwdriver. The lamp has a steel wire to suspend it during installation. The remote control works immediately after inserting the batteries. I left the app for the child to play with, so I don't know if it works. With a wall switch, it works like a regular lamp. Fan only with remote control (or app). It moves quite nicely. At higher speeds, there is some noise but the sound is smooth and not irritating. First impression is very positive. Apart from the delivery time, of course. 😜
