How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Top Home Club (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I took a long time to evaluate the curtain because, as soon as it arrived, I had to take it to the seamstress to reduce the length, since 2,44m would be a lot for my situation. Now that she is properly cut, it has turned out perfect! In addition to dark very well, it has a weight that gives the fit that I wanted to cover the gap in the door, that I always let my dogs in and out at will. The quality of the material is excellent, and this is a type of curtain that we do not find in Brazil-much less for that price, which is equivalent to those blackout curtains naff with that plastic behind. Hello, I just installed the curtains. They are effective in front of the chassis, it is a loss of heat which is definitively regulated. A significant economy! The quality is present, I recommend.

Colour as described. A nice light beige. It's a nice thick fabric and stitched very well. You need to buy 2 pieces for a window. Complete black out curtains (much better than the thin black out curtains I had before!) and they look very nice. They aren't as thick as the advert indicates. I don't think mine has any padding inside and is actually quite thin in comparison to what I expected. It is quilted and black on one side though. I am hoping it will still keep the cold out and the heat in in winter but maybe it won't be as effective as I had hoped. The 1st shipment was annoyingly returned to the seller by the the shipping company so I had to order again. I received a refund.
I asked for it gray and they brought it to me navy blue .. The truth is that the curtains I bought are wonderful, they isolate the heat a lot. I recommend. But beware can be wrong in color.

My purchase was shipped in part, which I found... unusual as I expected curtains to come/be sold in pairs. However, it all turned out ok as a few days later the second curtain arrived in the post. The curtains arrived well packaged, in the correct size and colour. The quality appears to be very good and I am pleased with them. Now I better go and hang them up 😉👍
Very thick curtains for complete blackout and very good insulation of windows. It's the 3rd curtains I've bought and I will be ordering more. I would advice ordering 1 at a time as they are very big packages and the shipping company that handles the parcels may not be good. I've had them send large parcels (including the curtains!) back to the seller without delivery. When I order 1 curtain at a time, they manage to make the delivery. This is NOT the fault of the seller but the local (UK) shipping company that is used by AliExpress.
It only remains to be installed, for the price they are fine.
