Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Due to weight limit for small parcel, for purchase from U.S, Australia, Belarus, Chile, Colombia, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, we will pack the pair in 2 separate parcels, you might receive them at different time.
The price is for a set of 2 pieces, excluding VAT or customs duty which may occur on the receiving side.
For some destination countries, you can choose Cainiao Heavy Parcel Line for shipping, please make sure that you can be reached with the address you provide, there’s no return service for Heavy Parcel Line, the parcel will be considerd as waste if the address is wrong, not clear or you are not there when they deliver.

For creamy white color, it’s not pure white, and you may find the dark spot on the glaze, we will make sure there’s no spot on the face. it can be on the sides, back or at the bottom. like the one on the picture below.
There’s no way to tell before we burn them in the kiln, it will be seen after we finish burning, it comes from the clay material.
