Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The good thing: the price, well illuminates a room of 15m2, the functions of brightness and color temperature adjustment, remote control. Inside it has 2 led strips: one with white lights and the other with yellow lights. Combining the lighting of both is how it achieves neutral light. If you only turn on the white or only the yellow the maximum consumption is 22w. Lighting both the maximum consumption is approximately 44.5w. Lowering the brightness also reduces consumption. The bad: 1) the tubes that hold the petals look somewhat fragile, could be broken so you should be careful when installing and cleaning (supplier includes one more tube of each size in the package). 2) Between the petals and acrylic there is a separation that will cause dust to enter the led strips over time. I recommend sealing this separation with a small amount of silicone.
