Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The product arrived very quickly, and I received the faucet well-packaged. The faucet looks very high-quality, heavy, metallic, and not plastic. Assembly was very easy. Unfortunately, there are no installation and usage instructions for the faucet; the installation and usage instructions should have been included with the faucet package as is customary.

Very beautiful and durable, but being here in Brazil made it a bit of a challenge to assemble. I had to drill the marble and buy some parts to install without gas, which was not expensive, but I spent an entire afternoon drilling marble. The product itself is great and worth the price, but it could have the described size for the pipe fitting. I looked for something similar here in Brazilian stores and couldn't find it.
