Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

A: Dear customer,we are always welcome you or your agent visiting our sink factory. We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Guangzhou.It will take about 1 to 1.5 hours from Guangzhou to our factory.

A: Our factory can offer punching logo or laser logo on the sink and print the logo on the carton if quantity meeting our
MOQ.Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.

A: Sure,customers can customized different depth and thickness for machine sink and for handmade sink,we accept all customized
size too.
