We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

I ordered this set as a gift, but I was a bit disappointed when I received the package. The packaging is very poor – the box was only wrapped in a bubble wrap envelope, which does not protect it from damage in any way. As a result, the cardboard looks creased and unfortunately it is not suitable for giving as a gift in this condition. The components inside appear to be intact, but some of the string pouches were also damaged and dirty, which does not create a good impression. I will have to buy additional packaging and I hope that all the parts are complete, because at first glance everything looks complete.

Thank you for the fast delivery. Maybe because it's international express shipping, delivery came even on weekends. It hasn't been assembled yet, but since the manual is in English and color-coded, I can check if all parts are included before assembly. It looks a bit difficult, so I'm a little worried, but it seems like it will be fun. Adhesive and batteries are not included. It's recommended to prepare them in advance because you need to check if the lamp lights up properly when you connect the battery before assembly.
Everything is fine. But there are many microscopic parts that are difficult to assemble, such as small handles for furniture made of beads. I advise stocking up on solvent for super glue.
I took it as a gift for a friend. Well, very nice. The dome is also included. The box is intact, but that's probably because it took 6 days to arrive in Germany.
