1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Customized or Personalized Orders: Items made to your specific requirements cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
- Hygiene Items: Products such as mattresses, bedding, or towels that have been opened or used.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; items purchased during “Final Sale” events are generally non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@tophomeclub.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Quality Check: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for shipping. Upon receipt, our team will conduct a quality inspection.
- Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
5. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be processed. If you paid by credit or debit card, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
- Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations requested after the order has been dispatched will be treated as a standard return.
