My third - ordered black this time. It arrived with a different ceiling mounting plate (pic) - impossible to fit existing holes. Asked for a replacement. instead was provided with a free return slip for a refund. Refund was fast, ordered another (white), came fast with the right ("Cross") style mount. One more thing - your cellphone can be used as a remote controller, but the fan/lamp accepts only a single phone. Pairing a second phone deletes the first. .

Excellent fan, do not go expecting super wind, corresponds to a fan of 30cm. The app works great on iPhone, controls everything. The remote control is perfect. Lacked a little more quality in the rubber that covers the LEDs. Overall a 9,5 note. Would buy again. Thank you seller!

Nice product - quiet (on lower speed settings), strong, controllable illumination. Well-designed remote control layout, nice smartphone application (although it could stand a little improvement). Purchased two - one had a quality problem: almost all its screws were loose: 3 large nuts holding the body to the spokes (pic shows one) and 6 small screws holding the spokes to the LED ring. All had to be tightened to keep the thing from rattling. I the case of the large nuts, I also added a tooth washer (pic) - these are used for similar arrangements in most light fixture applications. Once tightened. everything is fine. The second fan was OK right out of the box.

I bought the third and installed without any bad or damage. The interface must be activated within 5 seconds after the first electrical input from the power outlet or switch. For those who can't control the device, turn on the light in the application, and activate it immediately after the switch. Button Press.
